Review Eligibility
Ensure your item is in its original, unwashed condition with all packaging intact; please note that mattresses and pillows may have specific hygiene-related restrictions.
Initiate a Request
Contact our Guest Support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the items in their original shipping box and clearly mark the outside of the package with your assigned RMA number.
Ship and Refund
Send the package back to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method; once inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
